Grammy Awards.. [13 Feb 2005|11:05pm] [ mood | aggravated ] [ music | Green Day: American Idiot ] Um...is it just me, or did the Grammy Awards totally suck ass tonight? there were no good performances, and the award winners...I seriously have to question people's sanity when it comes to music. I mean, common, Alicia Keys winning...stupid idiot lip-syncs at every event (even the super bowl. Common, it was so obvious, and how the hell did her piano keep playing when she wasn't even sitting there to play it?!), John Mayer's songs all sound exactly the same and he is boring as all hell, and the same goes to Norah Jones. *shudders* And Green Day losing to U2?! i am sorry, Green Day's new Cd was the Shit. And i usually like u2, but their recent stuff has been shit. Ew, and not to mention Usher!!! I think i will go and crawl into a whole and wait there until some good music finally starts to be made, and recognized. Green Day had better Win best Album...i may have to start a riot if they don't. give a damn?
